Oops! I almost forgot to do a shout out to John, yesterday he turned 28. He is officially in his late 20's. John is such a trooper he was content driving for 12 hours from California on his birthday. Good thing we had found a Panera bread near my Uncle's house. Yesterday morning, before our long trip home we had breakfast there. I got him one of the little pineapple upside down cakes and we ate that somewhere in some ghetto about half way home.
John felt lots of love as we were leaving Myrtle's house as everyone wished him a Happy Birthday (my mom told him that her and my dad are very happy to have him as part of the family, they really think he is neat, yes I think my mom used the word neat, you have to love her). I love John very much, like my mom I think John is "very neat". He is such a good man. As he was blessing the sacrament today (there aren't that many young men in our ward and he is President so he gets to do this a lot) I was looking at him and I was overwhelmed with a feeling of gratitude for his righteousness and that he honors his priesthood. John is large in stature because his spirit is so big it needs a big home. Heavenly Father truly blessed me with someone special.
I love you John, I hope you had as great of a time on your birthday as I did.
